Order Processing Time

All items are printed to order in-house using our DTF printing process. Please allow 2–4 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


Processing times may be extended during:

  • New collection launches or limited drop releases
  • Holiday periods (Thanksgiving week, Christmas, New Year)
  • High-volume sale events

We will always communicate delays proactively via email and our social channels.

USPS International


International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by their country. Magic Hour Goods is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or via the link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is received.


Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your building's mailroom first.
  • If the package remains missing after 3 business days, contact us at hello@magichourgoods.com and we will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
  • Magic Hour Goods is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We recommend adding Route Package Protection at checkout for coverage against loss, theft, and damage in transit.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Magic Hour Goods is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us within 1 hour at hello@magichourgoods.com and we will do our best to update it before production begins.


P.O. Boxes

We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS Standard Shipping only. Expedited and overnight options are not available for P.O. Box deliveries.
