Refund policy
Every Magic Hour Goods item is printed on demand specifically for you using our in-house DTF (Direct to Film) printing process. Because each piece is made-to-order, we are unable to resell returned items. This policy allows us to maintain the quality and freshness of every design we produce.
No Refunds or Returns For:
- Incorrect size selected at checkout
- Change of mind after order is placed
- Dislike of color, fit, or design after delivery
- Orders already in production or shipped
- Delayed delivery due to carrier delays outside our control
- Customs fees, duties, or import taxes (international orders)
Exceptions — When We Will Make It Right
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will replace the item or issue store credit at no cost to you:
- Item arrives with a manufacturing defect (cracked print, peeling transfer, misprinted graphic)
- Wrong item sent (incorrect design, size, or color from what was ordered)
- Item arrives damaged due to packaging failure
To be eligible for a resolution under these exceptions, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@magichourgooods.com
- Provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue
- Have not washed, worn, or altered the item
